An important team at EduGlobal is our group of country-specific Client Relations Managers, who act as a central point of contact for all institutions working with EduGlobal. Each Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these institutions, helping to identify opportunities for EduGlobal to offer support and assistance, and facilitating the delivery of our services and solutions.
EduGlobal Client Relations Managers are professionals in client service management and are each alumni of the country study destination they oversee.

US University Representative
Mark Shay
Short Introduction:
To assist EduGlobal in its expansion into the United States, we have contracted the services of Mark Shay who will assist the company with sales and marketing to universities. Mark is a business developer with a long history of success helping higher education institutions recruit students. In an illustrative career that has spanned three decades, Shay has served thousands of customers, ranging from individual faculty members and graduate deans, to university presidents and foreign governments. He is well known for balancing the non-commercial spirit of educators with the commercial realities of operating efficiently and effectively using technology to improve results. He founded StudyAbroad.com, GradSchools.com and has worked in leadership roles at two universities and IDP Education. For universities that have not developed effective international student recruitment strategies, Mark has an independent consulting firm. Prior to joining the EduGlobal team in April 2010, May acted as an English training consultant. Working with adult students reinforced her belief in the importance of education as a life-long process. May is pleased to be working in international education, so that she can contribute to these growing international relationships and foster opportunities for both Australian institutions and Chinese students.

Cathy began work at EduGlobal in 2009 as US Client Relations Manager. She has a strong background in client services and client relations, with experience as Sales Manager for a foreign trade company in Beijing. Cathy is also an international graduate, having gained a Master of Science in Communications from Central Connecticut State University, with a focus on Organizational Communication and Public Relations.

Jackie Liu

Jackie worked as assistant to Director of North Asia management(Mainland, Hong kong, Taiwan, Korea) in Top 500 enterprise from graduation. With rich management experience and her eager to international education, Jackie joined Client Relations Team of EduGlobal in 2010, she was keeping close communications with clients from different counties and cooperating with them on international education programs to maintain strong links with schools. In the past time, Jackie was familiar with the process of communicating with our different partner clients, especially Asian clients. That is why the business that she is focus on is opening and handling Asian business relationships.

David Wei
With nearly nine years study and working experience in the United Kingdom, David has worked as an area manager of a well-known FTSE 500 company in the UK. He joined EduGlobal in 2010 as an Overseas Sales Manager. This has given him the experience needed to maintain strong links with EduGlobal's UK and Ireland client institutions.
