The Benefit of a Chinese Language Brochure in China

A quality brochure is important in the China market – especially as it is an important selling tool for agents.  However, a Chinese language brochure is increasingly the way institutions are setting themselves apart in this unique and huge education market.

We’ve noticed more and more institutions producing Chinese language brochures especially for the Chinese market. These brochures are sometimes direct translations of their English brochures but in most cases they are developed specifically for the Chinese market.

 Customisation means that they can be used either to complement the English brochure or, as is often the case, replace it. Institutions can afford to print a brochure specifically for the Chinese market because its importance justifies the expense and its size makes the print runs viable.

 The main reasons for creating a Chinese language brochure are:

 ·               To make it easier for the decision makers, such as parents and grandparents, who may not be able to read English to connect with the institution.

·               To customise the information and selling points specifically for the Chinese market.

·               To show that the institution recognises China’s importance in the world.

·               To help reduce world wide distribution costs by printing the Chinese language brochure in China.
